Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The age of the patient is 65-85 years old; (2) Patients undergoing radical surgery for gastrointestinal cancer under tracheal intubation and general anesthesia; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I~III; (4) Education level: primary school or above; (5) Able to communicate normally; (6) The patient voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Participate in other clinical trials in the past 3 months; (2) People who are allergic to dexmedetomidine; (3) The patient has severe rhinitis, deformity or nasal surgery in the past; (4) For those with education level below primary school, the cognitive function score of the Preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) was 180/110mmHg and<90/60mmHg).
