Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke, confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. First onset and the course of the disease is within 1 year; 4. MMSE>=24 points; 5. Frenchay<=17 points; 6. Native Chinese speaker; 7. Able to cooperate with articulation organ examination; 8. Volunteer to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are not suitable for transcranial magnetic stimulation in the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage, intracranial metal, pacemaker, malignant tumor, etc.; 2. Patients with hematopoietic system diseases, bleeding disorders, epilepsy, dementia, psychosis or Parkinson's disease and infections in the treatment area; 3. Those with conscious disorders and severe cognitive impairment; 4. Those with visual and hearing impairments; 5. Dysarthria caused by other causes other than stroke
