Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.65 years >=age >=18 years; 2. All meet the diagnostic criteria related to chronic sinusitis in the 2018 edition of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis", and confirmed by CT or MRI examination 3. Conservative treatment is ineffective; 4. First surgical treatment; 5. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists Anesthesiologist Score) grade I.~II. 6. Voluntarily accept the treatment modality of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to the drugs involved in this study; 2. Facial rash, infection, affecting ultrasound-guided subzygomatic approach sphenopalatal ganglion block operators; 3. Patients with uncontrolled or poorly controlled underlying diseases; 4. Patients with liver and kidney insufficiency; 5. Patients with psychological and mental illness; 6. Those who are unwilling to participate in this experiment;
