Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Complete medical records; Pathological diagnosis of colorectal malignancy; Age >= 65 years old; Undertaking laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer during hospitalization; Patients with AJCC stage I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone reoperation during the same hospitalization period; 2. Patients with known inflammations or hematological disorders that may affect their whole blood count; 3. Received neoadjuvant therapy; 4. Emergency surgery was performed due to intestinal obstruction; 5. Concurrent cancer or recurrence of colorectal cancer; 6. Used immunosuppressants; 7. Having undergone Miles surgery or intraoperative prophylactic stoma; 8. Patients transferred to ICU after surgery; 9. The medical records are incomplete.
