Chronic Low Back Pain

Interventions

Intervention group:Carry out aquatic exercise therapy combined with hot spring bath for 4 weeks, 3 times a week, 60 minutes each time.
control group:4-week routine rehabilitation treatment, 3 times a week, 40 minutes each time, 20 minutes magnetic resonance therapy, 20 minutes medium frequency electrotherapy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ranging from 18 to 65 years old; 2. Low back pain lasting more than 12 weeks; 3. Pain symptoms affecting normal life and training; 4. Pain intensity1-6 on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS); 5. Voluntary participation in the trial and signing of the informed consent form; 6. Acceptance of random grouping.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders and cognitive impairments; 2. Open wounds, such as abrasions, lacerations, cuts, and stabbings, etc.; 3. Patients with severe and unstable cardiovascular, renal or liver diseases; 4. Chlorine allergy, hydrophobia; 5. Those taking drugs that affect perception; 6. Patients with a history of joint dislocation or those at high risk.
