18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 75 years old, ASA classification I to III; 2. Scheduled for elective robot-assisted posterior lumbar pedicle screw fixation surgery; 3. Normal preoperative cognitive function (MoCA score >= 26 points).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency (Child-Pugh class C, eGFR 1.5 or PLT <80×10?/L). 3. Infection at the puncture site or spinal deformity. 4. History of allergy to ropivacaine. 5. Long-term use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressive agents.
