Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for the case group: 1) Patients clinically diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease); 2) Patients in the active stage of the disease; 3) No previous history of mental illness and able to understand the content of the HADS scale; 4) Complete previous blood routine data; 2.Inclusion criteria for the normal healthy group: 1) No clinically diagnosed disease (especially inflammatory bowel disease, including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease); 2) No previous history of mental illness and able to understand the content of the HADS scale;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for the case group: 1) Patients with inflammatory bowel disease in remission; 2) Previous history of primary mental illness; 3) inability to understand the content of the HADS scale; 4) Lack of previous blood routine data; 2.Compared with the exclusion criteria of the normal healthy group: 1) Clinically diagnosed as inflammatory bowel disease (including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease) 2) There is a history of primary mental illness in the past 3) Unable to understand the content of the HADS scale;
