Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary signing of a written informed consent form, age >= 18 years old, gender not restricted, KPS >=70. 2. For glioma, the postoperative pathological diagnosis must confirm it as glioma. Or it must be clinically diagnosed as hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke. 3. No treatment was received before the glioma surgery or before the admission for stroke. 4. There are no serious comorbidities or other major diseases that affect survival (such as severe heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.). 5. Able to undergo regular follow-up during the study period, including outpatient follow-up and telephone follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe mental illness or cognitive impairments. 2. Pregnant or lactating women. 3. Those with any other malignant tumors. 4. Those with any other history of neurological vascular diseases. 5. Those who have received or will receive other drug interventions during the study period.
