Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 65~80 years old; 2.The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) is I ~ III level; 3. Body mass index:18.5~27.9 kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other surgeries on the same knee; 2.Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this study or opioid abuse; 3.contraindications to nerve block; 4.local skin infection damage; 5.coagulation dysfunction; 6.bradycardia with atrioventricular block; 7.severe liver, kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and central nervous system diseases; 8.communication disorders; 9.refuse to participate in the trial
