45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged 45 to 60 years old, diagnosed by gynecologists as having menopausal hot flashes, with regular menstrual cycles in the past; 2. Having a junior high school education or above, being able to understand and complete the evaluation questionnaire; 3. Voluntarily joining this study and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. acute infection, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation disorders, anticoagulant therapy, or other cardiopulmonary diseases; 2. neuropsychiatric disorders, communication difficulties, or inability to follow up; 3. Allergic to lidocaine.
