Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Consistent with the 2022 version of the Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Isopathic Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus in China, diagnosed with possible iNPH and clinically confirmed iNPH 2. Evans ratio of brain images>30% 3. Adults aged 18-80 years 4. The cerebrospinal fluid pressure measurement of lumbar puncture is less than 200mmH2O, and the cerebrospinal fluid biochemistry routine is normal 5. Examination excludes diseases with clear causes of ventricular enlargement and other diseases affecting gait disorders 6. Able to stand for 5min without assistance 7. MMSE>17, able to cooperate with the completion of cognitive and gait assessments 8. Sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs, severe heart, lung, kidney, and liver diseases 2. Limb dysfunction that exists before the brain lesion 3. Abnormal postural control caused by other reasons, such as cerebellar disease, vestibular lesions, peripheral nerve and skeletal muscle lesions, etc 4. Severe cognitive impairment, severe depression, aphasia and blindness that cannot cooperate with cognitive gait assessment.
