18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years, gender not restricted; 2. Patients with advanced gastric cancer who were preoperatively diagnosed T2-4aN0-3M0 by imaging, and pathologically confirmed as adenocarcinoma after operation; 3. Patients received neoadvant therapy for 2-4 cycles before operation; 4. The surgical method was laparoscopic or da Vinci robot-assisted total gastrectomy D2 node dissection; 5. No metastatic lesions in the liver, spleen, intestines, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 80 years; 2. History of previous upper abdominal surgery (excluding laparoscopic cholestectomy); 3. Emergency surgery, palliative surgery and open surgery method; 4. Patients with gastric cancer; 5. Patients found have peritoneal and/or distant metastasis during surgery; 6. Patients with other malignant tumors; 7. History of cerebral infarction cerebral hemorrhage within 6 months before surgery; 8. History of unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction within months before surgery.
