Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old; 2. ASA III.-IV. 3.BMI18-29 kg/m^2; 4. Planned to undergo allogeneic kidney transplantation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of opioid allergy; 2. History of ropivacaine allergy; 3. Those who refuse to use a self-controlled analgesia (PCA) pump; 4. Opioid dependent and those who take painkillers before surgery; 5. Those with severe mental illness.
