Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 18 and 75 years; 2. first-episode acute ischemic stroke (clinically or imaging-confirmed); 3. unilateral supratentorial ischemic lesions; 4. unilateral upper limb motor dysfunction at 24-72 hours after onset, with baseline FMA-UE score between 10 and 50 points; 5. Informed consent was obtained from patients or their guardians.|
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.difficulty or inability to cooperate with the multimodal assessment (e.g., severe cognitive impairment, impaired consciousness, or impaired verbal communication) Hinder); 2. bilateral stroke or brainstem or cerebellar infarction; 3. previous history of stroke or severe brain disease; 4. comorbid diseases that significantly affect motor function (e.g., Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, advanced bone disease) Arthritis, etc); 5. previous severe dementia or intractable mental illness; 6. recurrent stroke during follow-up.
