Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Type A aortic dissection was diagnosed. 2: Undergo cardiac surgery for the first time. 3: Age >=18 and <=80 years old, gender not limited. 4: The patients and their families understand this study and are willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Pregnant or lactating woman. 2: History of malignant tumors. 3: Patients addicted to alcohol or drugs. 4: Patients who are participating in other clinical trials. 5: Patients with communication disorders in thinking, language or hearing. 6: History of mental illness.
