Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer resection; (2) Age = 60 years; (3) Alert and oriented, with normal hearing, speech, reading, and writing abilities, and no cognitive, language, or motor impairments or contraindications for physical activity; (4) Has a permanent caregiver who is capable of hearing, speaking, reading, and writing; (5) The patient or caregiver is proficient in using a mobile phone; (6) The patient and caregiver have provided informed consent for this study and are willing to actively cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing total lung resection during surgery; (2) Patients with severe organic lesions in other organs such as the heart, brain, or kidneys; (3) Patients who have undergone special treatments such as radiotherapy or chemotherapy prior to surgery; (4) Patients who develop severe complications after surgery; (5) Patients who have previously undergone lung surgery.
