Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of onset is less than or equal to 15 years. 2. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for pertussis: (1. cough cases, with one of the following characteristics of pertussis typical cough: paroxysmal spasticity, sexual cough, end-cough inspiratory echo, vomiting after cough; 2. infants, paroxysmal spasmodic cough or apnea attacks, accompanied by peripheral blood, increased white blood cell count and increased lymphocyte ratio (higher than the upper limit of the reference value); 3. cough >= 2 weeks, without fever, no other specific etiology can be explained), serological pertussis IgM antibody or mNGS positive. 3. Those who are negative for pertussis antibodies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cough caused by congenital airway abnormalities or abnormalities. 2. Coughing caused by airway pressure for various reasons. 3. Cases with other serious underlying conditions, such as cardiac insufficiency, bronchopulmonary development Poor, severe malnutrition, immune deficiency, viral myocarditis, blood and tumor-related diseases. 4. Tuberculosis. 5. Incomplete information.
