Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Be diagnosed with dementia; 2.No orthopedic surgery was performed. 3.No CAM-ICU assessment was conducted. 4.Not the first admission to the hospital and not the first admission to the ICU. 5.The duration of hospitalization in the ICU was less than 24 hours. 6.Patients who were lacking albumin and leukocyte count data during ICU admission and thus the LAR could not be calculated;
