Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 22-45 years old; 2. Chinese nationality; 3. Signed informed consent; 4. Women with a history of hypertrophic scarring after the first caesarean section after the second caesarean section; 5. History of hypertrophic scarring; 6. There is no bleeding, ulceration or infection at the incision site after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have received anti-scarring treatments, such as steroid injections or topical use; 2. Laser treatment of caesarean section scars; 3. Current cancer or uncontrolled systemic disease.
