Interventions

Rimazolam group:Group R was induced with remazolam (0.3-1 mg/kg) combined with sufentanil (0.3 µg/kg) with cis-atracurium (0.15 mg/kg)
Propofol group:In group P, propofol (2-4 mg/kg) combined with sufentanil (0.3 µg/kg) with cis-atracurium (0.15 mg/kg) was used for induction

60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age 60 to 75 years; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II to III; (3) body mass index (BMI) 18 to 27 kg/m²; (4) hemoglobin (Hb) >100 g/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Simple Mental State Evaluation Scale (MMSE) score = grade 2; (9) fasting blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L.
