Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement; (2) >65 years old; (3) ASA III~IV, (4) the clinical data is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Emergency TAVR; (2) During the operation, the procedure was interrupted and converted to open chest surgery due to other reasons.
