Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of the 2025 NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines for Bone Cancer, and be diagnosed as malignant bone tumor by histopathological examination; 2. Age 12-18 years old; 3. Post-traumatic growth score =6 times, survival more than 6 months; 5. The patient's parents are the main caregivers and the daily care time is >=4 hours; 6. Clear consciousness, normal language communication skills, and certain understanding skills; 7. Patients and their parents give informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study; 8. Patients and their parents have access to smartphones.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other tumors or serious complications; 2. Patients with severe mental illness; 3. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney diseases.
