Interventions

control group:Routine oral care: The control group received routine oral care from the first day of radiotherapy until the end of radiotherapy, for a total of 7 weeks.
intervention group:Based on the routine oral care plan, the evidence-based oral care plan constructed in the first stage was implemented for a total of 7 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma by imaging and histopathological examination and receiving simultaneous chemoradiotherapy for the first time; 2. Patient >=18 years old, clear consciousness and active cooperation; 3. KPS score >=70; 4. Sign informed consent and participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with distant metastasis of the lesion, combined with other malignant tumors or severe diseases in other organs, or mental disorders; (2) Those with a history of primary or chronic oral ulcers, periodontitis and other oral diseases; (3) Those who have used antibiotics, steroids and other hormones (including oral, intramuscular or intravenous injection) or taken probiotics (yogurt, live bacteria capsules) and other microecological preparations within one month before sample collection; (4) Those who are unable to cooperate for various reasons.
