Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis criteria for shoulder pain and periarthritis of shoulder are in accordance with the AAOS Clinical Guidelines for Rotator Cuff Injury (2019) , the Chinese Medicine Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China - Diagnosis and Efficacy Standards of TCM Diseases and Syndromes (ZY/T001.1-94), and the Chinese Rehabilitation Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Standards. (1) A clear history of shoulder injury and typical clinical manifestations; (2) Bone spurs may form on the top of the humeral tubercle in patients with a long course of disease; (3) The distance between the humeral head and the acromion is <5 mm; (4) Angiography shows that the shoulder joint cavity is connected to the subacromial bursa; 2. Incomplete rotator cuff tear, mainly supraspinatus muscle injury (non-massive tear); 3. No other treatment was received 30 days before the start of the study; 4.Informed consent was obtained from patients and (or) family members participating in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rotator cuff injuries confirmed by arthroscopy or MRI with giant supraspinatus tear (>5cm) or total rotator cuff tear; 2. Patients who are pregnant or have the intention to have children in the near future; 3. Patients with diabetes; 4. Patients with poor compliance or incomplete clinical data;
