Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for idiopathic short stature in children (1. Height below 2 standard deviations (-2SD) of the average height of children of the same age, gender, and race; 2. Normal birth length and weight, with no history of rescue suffocation; 3. When the GH peak value of the growth hormone complex stimulation test is greater than 10ng/ml, GHD is excluded; 4. Normal or slightly delayed growth rate and bone age; 5. Exclude children with various diseases known to cause dwarfism, aged between 3-9 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Infants who are younger than gestational age, have other serious endocrine disorders, cardiovascular diseases, genetic diseases, chromosomal diseases, or other diseases that affect growth and development.
