Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-35; 2.CBCT measurement: 3mm = maxillary and mandibular arch width difference (mandibular-maxillary) <= 6mm; 3.Proposed segmental Le Fort ? osteotomy+BSSRO;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Maxillary hypoplasia secondary to cleft lip and palate; 2.Moderate or severe periodontitis; 3.Previous orthognathic surgery; 4.Tumor, trauma-induced maxillofacial deformity; 5.Systemic condition with contraindications to surgery; 6.Inability to cooperate with the follow-up visit;
