Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA1-2 level; 2. Age> 18 years old; 3. Male and female day surgery patients who need anatomical plate internal fixation and removal with a single midclavicle or medial fracture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to participate in this study; 2. Cooperation or communication cannot be conducted in Chinese; 3. Patients participating in other clinical studies; 4. Combined multiple internal fixation extraction; 5. Patients with serious diseases such as heart, blood vessels, brain, kidney, liver, etc.; 6. Patients with severe mental disorders or taking any psychotropic drugs; 7. Contraindications to NSAIDs; 8. Contraindications to regional anesthesia (severe nerve injury, coagulation dysfunction, local infection at the site of the block, systemic infection, and/or allergy to local anesthesia); 9. Acute or chronic pain caused by other causes, or taking any pain medication; 10. Patients with subclavian muscle loss.
