Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Presenting with both internal and external hemorrhoids meeting diagnostic criteria and undergoing surgical treatment; 2.Exhibiting adequate reading/writing proficiency; 3.Having provided informed and voluntary consent to participate in this study; 4. Patients aged 18-70 years, regardless of gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of severe psychotic disorders; 2.Excluding subjects with active psychiatric episodes; 3.Diagnosed with a communicable disease; 4.Severe impairment of major organs (e.g. hepatic/renal dysfunction); 5.Chronic pain history or long-term use of analgesics/sedatives; 6.Inability to complete study-related questionnaires;
