Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A left ventricular wall thickness of >=15 mm at any site during diastole as shown by echocardiography or magnetic resonance imaging can confirm the diagnosis. 2. A positive genetic test for a pathogenic variant or a left ventricular wall thickness of >=13 mm found in a family member with genetic involvement can also confirm the diagnosis (referring to the diagnostic criteria in the 2023 ESC Guidelines for the Management of Cardiomyopathies); 3. age >18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete medical records; 2. Presence of active malignancy and severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, or infection; 3. Impaired consciousness or inability to communicate; 4. Acute heart failure caused by other diseases such as myocardial infarction, pericarditis, myocarditis, or stage 5 renal failure.
