Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The pregnancy period is from 28 weeks to before delivery (regular routine prenatal check-ups, the last menstrual period is clear, and the gestational week is accurate) ; 2. Singleton pregnancy No serious fetal malformations on prenatal ultrasound, the umbilical cord is composed of two umbilical arteries and one umbilical vein, and the visible segment needs to have at least two spirals; 3. The amniotic fluid is sufficient to clearly show the umbilical cord near the umbilical chakra (at least one full spiral is shown). 4. Delivery in the above-mentioned hospitals, complete clinical information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with a single umbilical artery or other abnormalities in the number of umbilical vessels 2. Pregnant women who are unable to clearly display the umbilical cord near the umbilical chakra due to oligohydramnios and other factors or who are unable to obtain satisfactory ultrasound images. 3. Pregnant women who could not be followed up after birth and lack of clinical data 4. Only one prenatal ultrasound test was performed for each pregnant woman, and pregnant women who had undergone more than two ultrasound tests at different gestational weeks were excluded in the final data collation.
