Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were treated according to the European Intensive Care Medical Association/American Intensive Care Medical Association (ESICM/) on October 2, 2021. SCCM) published the "Campaign to Save Sepsis: International Guidelines for the Treatment of Sepsis and Septic Shock (2021)" (SSC, 2021 edition), which met the diagnostic criteria of sepsis, that is, the patients with infection or suspected infection had an increase of >= points in the organ failure score (SOFA) compared with the baseline. 2.Age > 18 years old; 3.Complete clinical data; 4.Participants in the control group were all healthy medical personnel who had no basic diseases and were over 18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients admitted to hospital due to endocarditis, pericarditis or myocarditis, patients with recent primary coronary events, patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation or heart surgery, and other diseases that affect troponin level; 2.Patients with hematological diseases such as leukemia and disseminated intravascular coagulation before diagnosis; Have a history of blood transfusion in the past 1 month; Patients who regularly use thrombolytic or anticoagulant drugs for a long time; Continuous blood purification (CBP) in recent 2 weeks; 3.pregnancy; 4.Patients with end-stage chronic liver and kidney diseases and advanced malignant tumors; 5.Patients with autoimmune diseases and after transplantation or those who take immunosuppressants and hormones for a long time; 6.Give up halfway or refer for treatment; 7.The medical history is not detailed and important clinical data cannot be provided.
