Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18~65 years old 2.BMI: 18.5~30.0kg/? 3.ASA: Grade I ~ III 4.Patients with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing radical surgery 5.Sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There is a history of fine, hemp drug abuse 2.Allergic to amide narcotics and opioid narcotic drugs 3.Coagulation dysfunction 4. Abnormal liver and kidney function 5.Operation site infection 6.Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases 7.Refuse to participate in this trial
