18 Years to 88 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of CNSLBP guidelines (2) Has not received physical therapy intervention for low back pain in the past month (3) Complete medical history information is available (4) 18 years old or above, gender not limited (5) VAS pain score = 3 points in the week prior to enrollment (6) Agrees to and signs the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient has mental disorders and cognitive impairments (MMSE < 24); those with communication difficulties (2) There is primary pulmonary dysfunction (3) Lumbar pathological conditions, such as fractures, spinal canal stenosis, tumors, infections, spinal structural abnormalities, etc. (4) Other disorders causing lumbar dysfunction and pain (5) There are neurological and muscular system or joint diseases (6) Complex back and spine disorders, such as spinal and sacral surgeries, surgeries planned during treatment or follow-up (7) Severe or unstable cardiovascular, renal and liver disorders, as well as other disorders unsuitable for exercise (8) Pregnancy or lactation period
