Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: case group: 1) Age 18-65 years; 2) Receiving regular MHD for >=3 months; 3) Clinically stable condition; 4) Signed informed consent. control group: 1) Confirmed healthy by medical examination; 2) Normal renal function (eGFR > 90 mL/min/1.73m²); 3) Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: case group: 1) Known hypothalamic or pituitary disease; 2) Active malignancy; 3) Pregnancy or lactation; 4) Use of medications affecting the HPG axis within the last 3 months. control group: Any known major systemic or endocrine diseases.
