Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-60 years; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for T2DM set by WHO in 1999; 3.6.5%<=HbA1c<=11%; 4. Irregular exercise habits (exercise < 3 times a week or < 20min per exercise); 5. Smartphone can be used; 6. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined systolic blood pressure (SBP) >= 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >= 100mmHg; 2.combined with various diseases in the acute stage, suffering from systemic wasting disease, hyperthyroidism, anaemia, combined with severe heart, brain and kidney organ disease, gastrointestinal diseases should not be strenuous exercise; 3.Combined with skeletal-muscular system diseases, patients with abnormal locomotor system or contraindications to exercise, sarcopenia, severe osteoporosis and so on; 4.Combined with serious diabetic complications, including diabetic retinopathy, kidney disease, diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic foot ulcer; 5.Combined mental, cognitive, speech, and hearing impairments that prevent cooperation in completing the study; 6.Planned pregnancy; 7.Unstable weight (weight fluctuation >2kg in the 6 months prior to enrolment) Translated with DeepL.com (free version).
