Autologous nerve transplantation group:According to the injury, the appropriate autologous donor nerve was selected for transplantation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with severe peripheral nerve injury; 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years old; 3. Pronator quadratus and pronator teres muscle strength were normal; 4. Within 12 months after nerve injury or nerve surgery; 5. Willing to participate in this study and signed the informed consent for

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with one of the following conditions: diabetes mellitus, neuronal disease, neuromuscular disease, psychiatric disease, severe cardiopulmonary and other organ dysfunction; 2. Age less than 18 years old or more than 65 years old; 3. Patients or their family members did not have complete cognitive ability or refused to participate in the study; 4. Unable to cooperate with follow-up visits.
