Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing routine painless gastroscopy; 2. Age 18-74 years old, gender is not limited; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 4. No contraindications to gastroscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney or other organs, or coagulation abnormalities; 2.those with subtotal gastrectomy, gastrointestinal obstruction, severe esophagogastric varices or definite gastric malignant tumors; 3.pregnant or lactating women; 4.those allergic to pronase, dimethicone or excipients; 5.those with mental illness or unable to cooperate; 6.and other individuals who do not meet the inclusion criteria as judged by researchers.
