Fluid gelatin group:After intraoperative tumor resection, fluid gelatin was applied locally after dural suture
Conventional operation group:After subdural tumor resection, dural suture was performed

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing surgical resection of intradural tumors
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbid hematologic diseases; 2. Other systemic diseases of the whole body have an impact on the coagulation system; 3. Patients with a history of previous lumbar spine surgery or spinal tumors or infections; 4. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney insufficiency and mental illness; 5. Those who are obviously abnormal in preoperative examination.
