Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=65 years old; 2. ASA grade I~IV; 3. Large-scale abdominal, obstetrics and gynecology, vascular, orthopedic and thoracic surgery is planned to be performed in an elective period; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade C), severe renal insufficiency (requiring dialysis before surgery), and patients with severe heart failure (METS<4); 2. Patients with delirium before surgery (assessed using the 3D-CAM scale); 3. Patients who lack the ability to give informed consent; 4. Patients who cannot cooperate with the completion of the frailty scale assessment before surgery; 5. Patients who cannot undergo EEG monitoring; 6. Patients with previous mental and neurological diseases: such as cognitive dysfunction (assessed using MMSE scale), depression, severe central nervous system depression, Parkinson's disease, basal ganglion disease, schizophrenia, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, myasthenia gravis, etc. taking psychotropic drugs; 7. Received general anesthesia within 30 days before surgery; 8. Patients with any limb amputation, paraplegia, or diseases affecting muscles; 9. Has participated in other researchers.
