Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.A confirmed diagnosis of Type I or Type IV choledochal cyst based on imaging findings, intraoperative exploration, and postoperative pathological results; 2.Patients who either underwent initial surgery at our hospital or received secondary surgery at our hospital following primary surgery performed elsewhere; 3.Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with incomplete historical medical records; 2. Administration of medications known to cause liver injury within 3 months before surgery; 3. Pre-existing hepatobiliary disorders (e.g. viral hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis).
