Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Given the significant impact of breathing on imaging, all participants completed breathing exercises before the examination to ensure they could hold their breath for more than 26 seconds in a baseline state. 2.Age 18-60, gender unrestricted. 3.Patients who previously exhibited TSM artifacts (in the most recent examination prior to this one) now need to undergo a gadoteric acid-enhanced MRI of the liver for reevaluation. 4.Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who are allergic to gadoteric acid disodium or scopolamine butylbromide. 2.Glaucoma, pyloric obstruction, and benign prostatic hyperplasia (with abnormal urination), increased intracranial pressure, acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage. 3.Patients with severe heart disease, tachycardia, organic pyloric stenosis, and paralytic ileus. 4.There may be study participants who could experience adverse reactions from combined medication use, such as those taking antiarrhythmic drugs or tricyclic antidepressants. 5.Individuals with a history of mental illness or those who are unable to cooperate with examinations. 6.Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 7.Liver function Child C grade or bilirubin > 3 mg/dL; patients with impaired renal function (glomerular filtration rate < 30 ml/min/1.73 m^2).
