Intervention Group:An intervention to implement decision aids for young adults with cancer based on usual care.
Control Group:The control group was administered routine care and treatment by nurses and physicians.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part I: qualitative research Medical and nursing inclusion criteria: (1) Intermediate or above; (2) Bachelor's degree or above; (3) More than 2 years working in the field of oncology, haematology, or reproduction; (4) Participated in the decision-making process of fertility preservation for patients; (5) Voluntarily participated in this study. Patient inclusion criteria: (1) aged 15-39 years old; (2) diagnosed with cancer; (3) starting or planning to undergo chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or haematopoietic stem cell transplantation; (4) known about reproductive toxicity; (5) already made a decision about fertility preservation; (6) with normal comprehension and able to communicate; and (7) voluntarily cooperated with the survey. Caregiver inclusion criteria: (1) is the patient's primary family caregiver; (2) has been informed about reproductive toxicity and fertility preservation; (3) has normal comprehension and can communicate; and (4) actively cooperates with the study. Part IV: Preliminary Application of Decision Aids Patient inclusion criteria: (1) aged 15~39 years; (2) diagnosed with cancer; (3) faced with fertility preservation decision-making; (4) with normal comprehension and able to communicate; (5) actively cooperating with the study. Caregiver inclusion criteria: (1) being the patient's primary family caregiver; (2) having been informed about reproductive toxicity; (3) having normal comprehension and being able to communicate; and (4) actively cooperating with the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part I: Qualitative Research Patient and Carer Exclusion Criteria: (1) patient's condition is in the acute phase; (2) patient is comorbid with other serious physical illnesses; Part IV: Preliminary Application of Decision Aids Patient and Carer Exclusion Criteria: (1) patient's condition is in the acute phase; (2) patient is comorbid with other serious somatic diseases.
