Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) confirmed the diagnosis of congenital pulmonary airway malformations, isolated lung, and congenital emphysema, and the surgery involved the resection of a lobe or segment of the lung. 2.Less than 8 years of age;

Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindication precluding operations;
