Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with nephrolithiasis according to the "2022 Edition of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Urological and Andrological Diseases in China"; 2. Age between 18 and 80 years; 3. No gender restrictions; 4. Stone size and location meet the indications for PCNL (Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy); 5. Patients treated at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University or the People's Hospital of Zhongshan City; 6. Patients undergo modified lateral position percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) for stone treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with comorbidities such as cardiopulmonary dysfunction, cerebrovascular diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation disorders, or other conditions that cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Patients with urological tumors or severe urological malformations (such as ectopic kidney, renal malrotation, scoliosis, horseshoe kidney, etc.); 3. Patients with concomitant stones in the middle and lower segments of the ureter or lower urinary tract stones; 4. Pregnant patients or those with a history of renal stone surgery.
