Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients were diagnosed with six types of severe mental disorders—such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, paranoid psychosis, bipolar disorder, epilepsy-related psychiatric disorders, and intellectual disability with psychiatric comorbidity—as well as other conditions like major depressive disorder and anxiety disorders. 2.The patient and their legal guardian (if applicable) provided informed consent and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unable to cooperate with follow-up; Other conditions deemed unsuitable for enrollment by doctors.
