Focal Lung Lesions

Interventions

Gold Standard:The positive reference standard for biopsy results guided by two-dimensional ultrasound or contrast-enhanced ultrasound is malignancy
If it is benign, the subsequent puncture results, changes in the tumor in the CT report 6 months later, and the patients survival status are used as reference standards. If there are intraoperative/po
Index test:The method is a prospective randomized controlled trial, comparing the success rates of puncture diagnosis between the two groups. Use Sonoscape Marvo S80 Elite ultrasound diagnostic device

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Imaging examination showed that there were clear space occupying lesions in the lung; 2. Safe puncture path under ultrasound real-time guidance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemoglobin <= 8.0 g/dl; 2. Patients with obvious bleeding tendency, such as platelet lower than 50 × 10^9 g/L, and/or patients with coagulation dysfunction that is difficult to correct, have a history of oral anticoagulants in the past week; 3. Patients with severe heart, lung, brain and other important organ diseases and unable to tolerate surgery; 4.The lesion can not be clearly displayed by ultrasound due to blurred boundary; 5. Patients who are difficult to cooperate or refuse puncture due to other reasons.
