Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Observation group: (1) Chest pain and chest tightness were complained of and admitted to the hospital with coronary angiography; (2) Age >= 18 years old; (3) All patients were collected with blood samples before surgery. 2.Control group: (1) those who were examined at the same time as the patients in the observation group; (2) Age >= 18 years old; (3) No acute myocardial infarction has occurred.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Comorbid malignancy, schizophrenia, and mental illness; 2.Cardiomyopathy, acute and chronic endocarditis, and myocarditis caused by various causes; 3.Cor pulmonale, congenital heart disease, acute and chronic infections, blood diseases, autoimmune disorders; 4.Patients who are unable to cooperate with the study;
