Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for atrophic acne scars, and the atrophic scars on the left and right faces are basically symmetrical; 3. Those who can persist in completing treatment and follow-up and do not use other methods for treatment during the period; 4. Subjects participate voluntarily and need to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Severe heart, liver, and kidney insufficiency, or those with autoimmune diseases; 3. Those who are equipped with a pacemaker or internal defibrillator; 4. Patients who have undergone laser, radiofrequency, chemical peeling, botulinum toxin injection, etc. within 3 months; 5. Use of photosensitizing drugs and tretinoin drugs within 1 month; 6. Taking glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressants and anticoagulants within 1 month; 7. History of grinding treatment and filler injection within 1 year; 8. History of infection, such as human immunodeficiency virus infection; 9. Those who cannot adhere to treatment; 10. Skin diseases such as broken, open wounds, purulent wounds, and active inflammatory herpes in the treatment area; 11. Those who suffer from coagulation dysfunction or other systemic diseases; 12. Those who have malignant tumors or skin tumors of unknown nature in the treatment area; 13. Subjects who are receiving chemotherapy/radiotherapy.
