Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years; 2. Meeting the patient eligibility criteria outlined in the *Expert Consensus on Day-Case Coronary Angiography*: - Indicated for coronary artery evaluation in symptomatic angina patients with high clinical suspicion of coronary artery disease (CAD), including: - Positive stress electrocardiography [or echocardiography, positron emission tomography (PET), cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR)]; - Newly identified left ventricular systolic and/or diastolic dysfunction of unclear etiology; - Preserved left ventricular systolic function with newly developed regional wall motion abnormalities; - Suspected ischemic complications secondary to CAD (e.g., ischemic mitral regurgitation or ventricular septal defect); - Coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) demonstrating =50% stenosis (non-left main) or indeterminate stenosis severity. 3. Conscious with intact cognitive function, adequate literacy, and verbal communication capacity; 4. Informed consent obtained from both the patient and family members; 5. No concurrent participation in other interventional studies;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic heart failure patients with NYHA Class IV cardiac function or acute heart failure; 2. Suspected acute coronary syndrome requiring immediate clinical evaluation; 3. Comorbid systemic diseases (e.g., hypertension, diabetes mellitus, COPD) with suboptimal control or acute exacerbation (e.g., blood pressure >180/120 mmHg, diabetic ketoacidosis, acute COPD exacerbation); 4. Coagulation disorders; 5. Renal dysfunction with estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) <60 mL/(min·1.73 m²); 6. Active bleeding from gastrointestinal or other sites without effective control; 7. Suspected high-risk chest pain conditions (e.g., aortic dissection, acute pulmonary embolism); 8. Allergy to perioperative medications (anesthetics, contrast agents, heparin, etc.); 9. Inability to cooperate due to musculoskeletal/neurological/psychiatric disorders or other factors impairing procedural compliance (e.g., impaired consciousness, inability to maintain supine position); 10 Recent major stress events, surgeries, or invasive treatments;
