45 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=45 years old; 2. ASA grade: II.I-II; 3. Meet the criteria for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease before surgery; 4. No contraindications to surgery; 5. Bilateral parathoracic block under ultrasound guidance before surgery and the block is effective; 6. Good cooperation with this experiment; 7. No preoperative TnT elevation due to non-ischemic causes (sepsis, electrical cardioversion, pulmonary embolism)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other malignant tumors and organ dysfunction; 2. Infection at the puncture site; 3. History of thoracolumbar spine surgery; 4. Combined with severe mental illness and poor compliance; 5. Abnormal coagulation function; 6. Long-term use of immunosuppressive drugs
